How to make tamagoyaki Japanese

Omelet has long been a mainstay of the menu for breakfast. But, have you tried the tamagoyaki recipe?

Tamagoyaki is a Japanese food in the form of chicken egg omelette which is given sugar and salt, so it tastes sweet and salty.

The name tamagoyaki comes from “tamago” which means egg. So, it’s no stranger why old-school Tamagochi toys are egg-shaped, right, Moms?

Moms don’t have to go all the way to Sakura Country to taste tamagoyaki. The reason is, the tamagoyaki recipe is not so difficult to try, even for beginners.

Here’s a Japanese tamagoyaki recipe that makes an extraordinary omelet dish!

Material:

* 3 egg, beaten

* 1 scallion, sliced

* 1 carrot, coarsely grated

* 1 sheet of smoked beef, cut into small pieces

* Salt to taste

* Pepper to taste

* Powdered broth to taste

How to make:

1. Prepare the first container. Beat off 1 egg, mix with smoked beef, salt, pepper, and powdered stock. Stir well, then set aside.

2. Prepare the second container. Beat off 2 eggs, mix with scallions, carrots, salt, pepper, and powdered stock. Stir well, then set aside.

3. Heat a tamagoyaki pan or a regular non-stick pan, lightly grease the oil with a paper towel. Turn down the fire.

4. Pour all the dough into the first container, wait until it is half cooked, but the top is still a bit wet, roll it up to the edge of the pan.

5. Pour half of the dough in the second container, wait until it is half cooked, but the top is still a bit wet, roll it from the first egg roll to the edge of the pan. Repeat until the dough runs out.

6. Cook over low heat, pressing down so that the tamagoyaki is solid and neatly shaped.

7. Remove, cut into pieces and serve.

Tips:

1. The tamagoyaki filling can be created with a variety of ingredients, such as mushrooms, meat, shrimp, or others.

2. Tamagoyaki can also be made into two colors, white, and yellow, by separating the white and yolk.

3. Using a special rectangular tamagoyaki pan will make it easier to roll and shape it.
